What is Conductor License and How do i get it ?

No person shall act as a conductor of a stage carriage unless he holds an effective conductor’s license issued to him authorising him to act as such conductor; and no person shall employ or permit any person who is not so licensed to act as a conductor of a stage carriage.

How can I get a Conductor License?

Office:  Contact your Local Sub Divisional Officer (Civil) i.e. S.D.M.
 

Eligibility:

  2. The documents required for conductor license application form are as follows:
  3. Conductor license form, applicant  photo with signature and character verification from police.
  4. Form no.1 (medical certificate) and blood group.
  5. First Aid work certificate (original).
  6. Residential Certificate ( voter card/ passport/ telephone/electricity bill/ ration card etc. attach any two attested copies
  7. Birth Certificate (Age)(M.C. birth certificate, school certificate, PAN card and birth certificate issued from Civil Surgeon attach attested copies.)
  8. Self declaration certificate.
  9. Valid fees/service charge.

Procedure::






Timing:

For public dealing 11:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. General office timing 11:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M..

Expected Delivery Period – 7 working days

:The above fee will be deposited at RTO Fee colletion Counter against Cash Reciept
